Zeke, a golden labrador retriever, saves the life of his owner, Gerald Rittinger, time and time again. Before Zeke was adopted by the now 74 year old, and his wife, Jeanne, Rittinger was basically waiting to die due to his poor health. Zeke learned the behavior of his owner, often times predicting a drop in blood sugar or even onset of a seizure. Over the span of 13 years, Rittinger says Zeke has saved his life as many as 30 times.

Robert Kincade, a doctor at Sutter Memorial Hospital in Sacramento, California, preforms surgery on the doctor that delivered him 45 years ago, Jim Affleck. Before the open heart surgery, Affleck mentioned he had delivered babies at Sutter, also where Kincade had been born. After some research Kincade discovered it was in fact Affleck's signature on his birth certificate.

Weight loss is something everyone wishes for, but most people aren't very successful in.
Contrary to the popular belief, the "cheat day" can be something hindering you from loosing weight. The ever-so-common 7 day diets, are unfortunately another thing that don't help loose weight in an effective healthy way. Last but not least, don't blame others for supplying unhealthy food, because ultimately the only one responsible for what you eat is you.
